Contact Request Forwarding Form

Upon enforcement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union (EU), ICANN adopted and published "Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data" (hereinafter "Temp Spec").
As an ICANN-Accredited Registrar, JPRS operates JPRS WHOIS/JPRS RDAP for gTLD (hereinafter "JPRS WHOIS/RDAP") in compliance with Temp Spec: therefore, some of gTLD Contact (Registrant, Admin Contact or Tech Contact) information fields designated by Temp Spec are redacted for privacy and not published in JPRS WHOIS/RDAP.

This Contact Request Forwarding Form (this "Form") offers you a function to forward your request of contacting gTLD Contact(s) whose contact information on the JPRS WHOIS/RDAP is redacted for privacy based on Temp Spec. In the following, you will find the explanation of purpose of use of, how to use and notes on using this Form.

For the background that JPRS offers this Form, please refer to "JPRS WHOIS/JPRS RDAP's Compliance with Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data of ICANN".

This Form can be used only when the information of gTLD Contact(s) for the domain name is redacted for privacy and not published based on Temp Spec on the JPRS WHOIS/RDAP. When such information of gTLD Contacts is not redacted for privacy, you cannot use this Form and have to get in touch with such Contacts directly.

This Form is provided to forward your contact request or inquiry regarding the domain name, mainly related to:

• Registration information;
• Intellectual property rights (trademark, service mark, etc.);
• Dispute, such as the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution policy (UDRP) related issue;
• Change of Registrant issue; or
• Technical issue (DoS, SPAM, phishing, malware, etc.)

To submit your request, follow the procedure below.

(1) Fill in the information on the input screen and press the 'Next' button.

(2) After confirming the input contents on the screen, press the 'Submit' button.

• When using this Form, please comply with "2. Purpose of Use" in this document, as well as the purpose of the JPRS WHOIS/RDAP (Japanese only).
• JPRS uses personal information input to this Form only for the purpose of forwarding operation as described herein.
• For privacy reason, JPRS cannot accept and forward any description containing specific inquiry contents (including attached file) to gTLD Contact(s).
• While you can use this Form anytime, JPRS will forward your request to the gTLD Contact(s) during its business hours [9:00-18:00JST; except Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holidays] only.
• Nothing in this Form guarantees reply from the gTLD Contact(s).
• JPRS is not responsible for anything regarding the answer to your inquiry including whether/when/how the gTLD Contact(s) will respond you.
• The content and description of this document and the specification of this Form may be changed anytime without notice.
